Trading Fees

Prodigy operates with a transparent fee structure:

Subscribers: No trading fees for subscribers who deposit funds into vaults. Subscribers are only responsible for gas fees incurred during deposits and withdrawals.

Vault Creators: A 2% trading fee is applied to the filled portion of each vault. This fee is calculated based on the Investment Token's price at the time of vault creation and the total quantity filled by vault subscribers.

USDC trading fee Formula: Fees = 2% × Filled Vault Quantity × Investment Token Price at vault creation *Investment Token refers to the asset the subscribers will be depositing into the vault.

Example:

• 10,000 USDC Quantity Buy Low Vault (Filled Portion: 8,000 USDC)

  • Fees = 2% × 8,000 × USDC price

  • = 160 USDC

• 10 WETH Quantity Sell High Vault (Filled Portion: 7 WETH)

  • Fees = 2% × 7 × ETH price

  • = 2% × 7 × $3500

  • = 490 USDC

Some vaults may display estimated fees, as fluctuations in the Investment Token price can cause the trading fee to vary. Fee collateral will be collected upfront, and any unused fees will be refunded during withdrawal.
