Dual Investment is an investment product that carries certain risks that investors should be aware of:

• Once you have subscribed to a vault, your deposited assets are locked in the smart contract and you will not be able to cancel or withdraw them before the Expiration Date.

• If the underlying asset price moves further away from the Linked Price, you lose the opportunity to buy or sell at a more favorable price. The Linked Price you select is the exact price of the transaction.

• Due to price fluctuations, investor assets may be exchanged for other settlement assets. Though investors are guaranteed to earn interest, they should consider the loss caused by the potential devaluation of the asset itself.

• Prodigy is not liable for any losses incurred from market fluctuations.
