Selecting a market

Markets represents the assets you want to trade, such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and so forth. These asset markets operate 24/7, allowing you to trade these assets at any time.
At Prodigy, we're excited to offer perpetual futures for BTC-USD, ETH-USD, ADA-USD, ARB-USD, AVAX-USD, SOL-USD, and BNB-USD. We will expand the markets we offer over time.
To search the markets list:
Click the markets dropdown list from the upper left of the screen.
Click the magnifying glass.
Type the first few letters of the asset you want to view. The search results auto-populate below the search bar with the matching markets as you type.
You can favorite specific markets so that you can quickly filter to these markets.
To favorite a market:
Click the markets dropdown list from the upper left of the screen.
Select the star to the right of the name of a given market to mark it as a favorite. You can now sort your markets' view by Favorites. See Sorting your markets view.
You can sort markets by a number of activity options.
Name
A name can refer to the ticker symbol assigned to a company's stock.
24h volume
24-hour volume refers to the total trading volume of a particular asset or security within a 24-hour period.
24h change
24-hour change refers to the percentage change in the price or value of an asset over a 24-hour period.
Open interest
Open interest represents the total number of open positions in a particular contract at a given point in time.
Funding rate
Funding rate is a mechanism used to ensure the price of the derivative closely tracks the underlying asset's spot price.
To sort your markets view:
Click the markets dropdown list from the upper left of the screen.
Select either All Markets or Favorites. (Favorites only shows results if you have previously chosen favorite markets.)
Select the Name dropdown list to view the sorting options.
Select Name, 24h volume, 24h change, Open interest, or Funding rate.
Select Ascending or Descending to enhance your chosen sorting view to change the table from Z -> A or A -> Z.
