Introduction 1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Prodigy.Fi Affiliate Deposit Bonus Programme (the "Programme"), operated by Prodigy.Fi ("Prodigy.Fi", "we", "us" or "our"). 1.2. By participating in the Programme, you ("Participant", "you" or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any other applicable terms governing the use of Prodigy.Fi services. 1.3. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Prodigy.Fi general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the general Terms of Service in respect of the Programme, these Terms shall prevail. 1.4. "Qualifying Affiliate Link" means an affiliate link that has been expressly designated and approved in writing by Prodigy.Fi as eligible for this Programme. For the avoidance of doubt, not every affiliate link is a Qualifying Affiliate Link, and Prodigy.Fi determines, in its sole discretion, which affiliate links so qualify and may add to or remove links from the list of Qualifying Affiliate Links at any time. #### 2. Programme Overview 2.1. The Programme forms part of the Prodigy.Fi affiliate initiative, under which approved Key Opinion Leader ("KOL") affiliates promote Prodigy.Fi using designated affiliate links. 2.2. Users who register for a Prodigy.Fi account through a Qualifying Affiliate Link and subsequently make qualifying deposits during the Programme Period are eligible to receive an additional yield bonus of ten percent (10%) on yield generated from such deposits, subject to these Terms. 2.3. The Programme is available only in respect of deposits made through a Qualifying Affiliate Link (as defined in Section 1.4). Prodigy.Fi reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, which affiliate links are eligible. #### 3. Programme Period 3.1. The Programme runs from 16:00 UTC on 14 June 2026 to 15:59 UTC on 12 July 2026, comprising four (4) consecutive weekly periods (the "Programme Period"). 3.2. Eligibility for any reward is determined by reference to the time of the qualifying deposit, which must fall within the Programme Period. 3.3. Prodigy.Fi reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend or terminate the Programme Period at any time in accordance with Section 9. #### 4. Total Prize Pool and Cap 4.1. The total reward pool available under the Programme is capped at the equivalent of ten thousand US Dollars (USD 10,000), denominated and disbursed in USDC or USDT (the "Prize Pool Cap"). 4.2. Rewards are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the time of qualifying deposit, until the Prize Pool Cap is reached. 4.3. Once the aggregate rewards accrued and/or distributed under the Programme reach the Prize Pool Cap, no further rewards will be accrued or paid, regardless of any deposits made or yield generated thereafter, and notwithstanding that the Programme Period may not have ended. 4.4. Prodigy.Fi does not guarantee that any Participant will receive a reward. Participation does not entitle any Participant to a fixed or minimum reward amount. #### 5. Eligibility 5.1. To be eligible to participate, you must: (a) have registered a Prodigy.Fi account via a Qualifying Affiliate Link; (b) make one or more qualifying deposits during the Programme Period; (c) deposit funds from a wallet capable of receiving USDC and USDT on the Polygon network; and (d) comply with these Terms and all applicable Prodigy.Fi policies and applicable laws. 5.2. Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law or regulation. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction. 5.3. Affiliates and their related parties may be excluded from receiving user-side rewards in respect of their own affiliate links, at Prodigy.Fi's discretion. #### 6. Reward Calculation and Distribution 6.1. Reward. Eligible Participants will receive an additional yield bonus equal to ten percent (10%) of the yield generated by their qualifying deposits during the Programme Period, subject to the Prize Pool Cap and these Terms. 6.2. Weekly calculation. Each week, the Prodigy.Fi team will compile the total yield generated by each Participant in the preceding week and calculate the corresponding reward. 6.3. Calculation window. The Programme comprises four (4) weekly calculation periods, each running from 16:00 UTC on a Sunday to 15:59 UTC on the following Sunday (each, a "Cut-Off"). The weekly periods are: (i) 16:00 UTC 14 June 2026 to 15:59 UTC 21 June 2026; (ii) 16:00 UTC 21 June 2026 to 15:59 UTC 28 June 2026; (iii) 16:00 UTC 28 June 2026 to 15:59 UTC 5 July 2026; and (iv) 16:00 UTC 5 July 2026 to 15:59 UTC 12 July 2026. Eligibility for inclusion in a given week relies on the time of deposit. 6.4. Currency and network. All rewards are denominated and distributed in USDC or USDT (at Prodigy.Fi's discretion) on the Polygon network. 6.5. Disbursement. Rewards will be airdropped to the Participant's wallet, being the same wallet that the Participant uses to deposit funds into Prodigy.Fi. Participants are responsible for ensuring that this wallet is capable of receiving USDC and USDT on the Polygon network. Disbursement for a given week will be made within seven (7) working days following the relevant Cut-Off. This timeframe is a maximum processing window and not a guaranteed payment date; Prodigy.Fi may, but is not obliged to, disburse rewards earlier, and any earlier disbursement shall not oblige Prodigy.Fi to maintain that timing in any subsequent week. 6.6. Minimum threshold and roll-over. If a Participant's total unclaimed reward does not exceed 10 USDC/USDT-equivalent at the time of a scheduled disbursement, that reward will roll over and accumulate to the following week, repeating until the Participant's accrued unclaimed reward reaches or exceeds the minimum threshold, at which point it will be disbursed in the next applicable cycle. 6.7. Reward at the end of the Programme. Any accrued reward that has not reached the minimum threshold of 10 USDC/USDT-equivalent at the conclusion of the Programme will be forfeited and will not be disbursed. 6.8. Wallet accuracy. Prodigy.Fi shall not be liable for rewards that are unrecoverable, lost or inaccessible due to the Participant's deposit wallet being incompatible with USDC or USDT on the Polygon network, or otherwise outside Prodigy.Fi's control. #### 7. Anti-Abuse and Prohibited Conduct 7.1. The Programme is intended for genuine users acting in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited: (a) creating multiple, fake, duplicate or fraudulent accounts; (b) using bots, scripts, automation or any artificial means to participate; (c) wash trading, self-dealing, circular deposits, or artificially inflating yield or deposit volume; (d) colluding with affiliates or other users to obtain rewards not earned through genuine activity; (e) exploiting bugs, errors, loopholes or unintended behaviour in the Programme or platform; and (f) any other conduct that, in Prodigy.Fi's reasonable determination, constitutes manipulation, abuse or "gaming" of the Programme or system. 7.2. Prodigy.Fi reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to investigate any activity that it suspects may violate these Terms. #### 8. Reservation of Rights 8.1. Discretion over rewards. Prodigy.Fi reserves all rights, at its sole and absolute discretion, to determine whether or not to grant, distribute or withhold any reward under the Programme, and no Participant shall have any entitlement to or claim over any reward. 8.2. Purging of rewards. Where Prodigy.Fi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has engaged in any prohibited conduct under Section 7, or has otherwise gamed, abused or manipulated the Programme or system, Prodigy.Fi reserves the right to: (a) disqualify the Participant from the Programme; (b) withhold, cancel, reverse, claw back or purge any and all rewards (whether accrued, pending or already distributed); (c) suspend or terminate the Participant's account; and (d) take any further action it deems appropriate, including reporting to relevant authorities. 8.3. Prodigy.Fi's determinations under this Section 8 are final and binding, and Prodigy.Fi is under no obligation to provide reasons. #### 9. Amendment, Suspension and Termination 9.1. Prodigy.Fi reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Programme or these Terms, in whole or in part, with or without prior notice. 9.2. Prodigy.Fi may modify the reward structure, eligibility criteria, calculation methodology, Prize Pool Cap, or any other aspect of the Programme. 9.3. Continued participation following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. 9.4. Early termination. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms, Prodigy.Fi may, at its sole and absolute discretion, end, close or terminate the Programme early and unilaterally at any time, for any reason or no reason, and with or without prior notice. Such early termination may occur irrespective of whether the Programme Period has elapsed and irrespective of whether the full Prize Pool Cap has been allocated or distributed. Upon such termination, Prodigy.Fi shall have no obligation to accrue, distribute or pay out any remaining or undistributed portion of the Prize Pool, and no Participant shall have any claim, entitlement or expectation in respect of any reward not actually disbursed prior to the effective date of termination. Prodigy.Fi shall not be liable to any Participant or third party for any loss or damage arising from such early termination. #### 10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability 10.1. The Programme is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Prodigy.Fi makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Programme. 10.2. Rewards are denominated in USDC or USDT. Prodigy.Fi is not responsible for any fluctuation in the value of any digital asset, network fees, congestion, or technical issues on the Polygon network or otherwise. 10.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prodigy.Fi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with the Programme or these Terms. 10.4. Nothing in the Programme constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Participants are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from rewards received. #### 11. General 11.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Prodigy.Fi in respect of the Programme. 11.2. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 11.3. Prodigy.Fi's failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 11.4. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Prodigy.Fi is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. 11.5.
