Vault Creation Guide

Head Over To Prodigy.Fi's Vault Creation Page

  • Head over to our DApp here.

  • On the top left hand corner, click on "Create Vault".

Select Your Vault Direction

  • On the right hand corner, select your vault direction (Buy Low or Sell High).

Choose Your Asset Pair

  • On the left hand corner, select your Asset pair (eg; ETH/USDC).

Select Your Parameters

  • Select the your vault parameters:

    • Linked Price: This is the price that you choose to offer Vault Subscribers to buy or sell an asset at.

    • Yield: This is the rewards given out to users that subscribe to your vault.

    • Expiry Date: This is the date on which the subscription expires and the set Linked Price is checked to determine settlement scenarios.

    • Quantity: This is the maximum amount of liquidity (Investment Token) you want to provide to your vault for users to subscribe to.

Note: The market price at expiration is captured using the last reported oracle price for the base asset at 16:00 (UTC+8) on the Expiry date.

Review Your Vault

  • Once you have selected your parameters, review your vault details.

    • APY: This will be the APY of your vault offered to subscribers when you create the vault.

    • Deposit Amount: This includes the following:

      • Trading fees charged by Prodigy.Fi, calculated based on the final subscribed amount.

      • Investment Tokens (USDC) required to cover the Vault Subscriber’s yield if no swap occurs.

      • Linked Tokens (ETH) needed to cover the Vault Subscriber’s yield in case a swap takes place.

      • Linked Tokens (ETH) required to facilitate the swap with subscribers if a swap occurs.

In this example, we are using a ETH-USDC Buy Low vault.

Investment Token = USDC

Linked Token = ETH

Create Your Vault

  • Once you have reviewed your parameters, click on "Create Vault"

  • Sign the wallet transaction to complete the vault creation.
